Xin Xin Singapore Restaurant – Specializing in Singapore Hainanese Chicken Rice and many other Singapore delights. Our Exec Chef has more than 25 years of experience and he was trained by one of the pioneered master chef (retired), formally from Mandarin Hotel. Over the last 10 years, our chef has worked in big organization and had trained many chefs in countries like Singapore, Hong Kong, China, Bangkok and other cities.
With the chef experience and the secret recipe from the retired master chef, the Hainanese Chicken Rice is one of the must try cuisines in our shop.

Our Chicken is cooked in our special recipe stock to give the boneless meat a tender and fresh texture. All seasonings are made from fresh ingredients to let the diners to taste the intense of the chicken flavor. The dish also comes with the light and aromatic rice which the recipe is crafted by our chef.
